DUES OVERHAUL COMING SOON WITH THE MERGER OF THE TWO DEPARTMENTS. For now, please adhere to Sleeper or Stoutland’s dues letter, depending on the one in which you reside.
SOME insurance companies will give you a discount on your homeowner’s policy. Check with your insurance company to see if it will!

If you do not pay your annual dues and we respond to a call for your property, you will be billed for the call under the following state statutes:

Sleeper’s fiscal year runs from May 1st of one year to April 30th of the next year.
This often causes confusion about when dues are…well…due!
If you pay your annual dues at any time after May 1st, they are due again after April 30th of the following year.
For example: If you pay your annual dues on May 1, 2025, you are covered until April 30, 2025. If you pay your annual dues on January 1, 2026, you are covered until April 30, 2026.
Dues are $60.00/year for the first residence on the property and $30/year for each additional residence on the property and can be paid via check or money order to the following:
